A New Year to a Very New Me!

Trying this out … not sure if this is where I want to be… but gotta start somewhere.

Official beginning of my cut is yesterday. Calories were 1983, and weight today is 130.6… but on the bloaty side… so the last 1-2 lbs will be water. We’ll see what Friday brings … hopefully about 128 or so.

Front Squats – 3×8

RDL’s – 5×5 or Shelcs
Leg Curls – 3×8

Alternate Curls – 5×5
Hammer Curls – 3×8

HORIZONTAL PUSH/PULL
Flat Bench Press – 5×5
Incline DB Press – 3×8
Flyes (if time/energy) – 3×8

Rack Pulls – 5×5 (my favs!)
BO Rows – 3×8

Calves – 3×8
Abs – 3×8

HAMSTRING DOM
RDL’s – 5×5
Leg Curls – 3×8

BB Lunges – 5×5
Split Squats – 3×8

Between Bench Dips – 5×5
Cable Press downs – 3×8
