VERTICAL PUSH/PULL
Chins – 5×5
Lateral Pull Downs- 5×5

1 Arm Shoulder Press – 3×8
Standing Side Laterals (or Millies) – 3×8

Calves
Abs

QUAD DOM
Full Squats – 5×5
Front Squats – 3×8

RDL’s – 5×5 or Shelcs
Leg Curls – 3×8

Alternate Curls – 5×5
Hammer Curls – 3×8

HORIZONTAL PUSH/PULL
Flat Bench Press – 5×5
Incline DB Press – 3×8
Flyes (if time/energy) – 3×8

Rack Pulls – 5×5 (my favs!)
BO Rows – 3×8

Calves – 3×8
Abs – 3×8

HAMSTRING DOM
RDL’s – 5×5
Leg Curls – 3×8

BB Lunges – 5×5
Split Squats – 3×8

Between Bench Dips – 5×5
Cable Press downs – 3×8
